Our on-time delivery performance is consistently above 95% of all orders placed. Conforming product acceptance is also consistently greater than 99%. Many of our customers and product lines enjoy lead times of 3 weeks or less from order placement. Some of our chemicals products can even be shipped the same day. The most discerning and demanding customers have come to rely on RSC for their product and alloy requirements. Company History
Reliable Silver Corporation had its early beginnings in 1979. RSC began as a manufacturer and supplier of silver anodes, silver salts, and gold salts. Over the following 30 years, the product line expanded to include fine silver, sterling strip, and wire forms.
In late 2008, Reliable Silver Corporation made a step change in its evolution with new ownership. New staff with extensive precious metals experience came onboard. Our present staff continues to grow with extensive experience in managing precious metals trading desks, vacuum casting, continuous casting and rolling processes, extrusion, commodities management, and applications ranging from electroplating to vacuum deposition.
In early 2017, we opened a new, additional facility in CT, a few minutes from our original plant to serve as an expansion site for new processes, equipment, and offices.
In late 2024, another major evolution occurred with our acquisition of Materion Corporation’s (NYSE: MTRN) North America Large Area Coatings business in Albuquerque, NM.
